Monopoly Map USA

This map shows the United States, with each neighborhood shaded by the colors found on the Monopoly game board. Colors are assigned by answering a simple question: which group of home values contains the largest number of homes? Using the American Community Survey data from the U.S. Census Bureau, for the 5-year period 2011-2015, the map assigns a Monopoly color based on the Census home value category that has the most homes.
