The Samish Department of Natural Resources explains how since 2014 it has collaborated with Washington state to clean up nearly 300 tons of creosote from the shores of Samish traditional lands. This Story Map Cascade uses image galleries to illustrate the cleanup work, while locating cleanup efforts through a time series of maps.
