Alameda County ATM Locator for EBT Clients

$19 million dollars were given to the banking system by low-income Californians through ATM surcharges. The county looked to develop a tool that can assist EBT users avoid the charges and shed light onto this problem. The original intent was to create a tool that allows EBT card users to find ATMs that do not have service charges.
