#  Project NICE (Neighborhood Indicator Community Evaluation)

The City of Fayetteville and the 96th Civil Affairs Battalion from Fort Bragg partnered twice in Fiscal Year 2017 to conduct windshield surveys of neighborhood land use and subsequent data analysis of the data collected. These types of exercises provide additional data collection capacity for the City and real life training experience for the 96th, plus they strengthen the ties between the City and its military neighbors. City will use the data and analysis provided by the 96th to construct an updated comprehensive land use plan and to inform the City's neighborhood revitalization plan.
