LA Express Park began after a pilot in the downtown area in 2012, and is designed to reduce inner-city traffic congestion with pricing that reacts to demand and mobile apps that supply real-time information about parking availability. LA Express Park has several unique features, including parking guidance through the 511 interactive voice recognition phone system and on-street parking guidance signs. Users can toggle by how long they want to park and/or how much you are willing to pay
