 Government exists to serve the people. Thus, its effective or ineffective operation has lasting impact on citizens. The Internal and Public Engagement section focuses on government interactions with citizens, and highlights the importance of transparency and public feedback in creating an effective and responsive government. This section includes articles on government mission, stakeholder and community engagement, transparency, and agency and department collaboration.
